2025 Road to Rome Raffle

Capuchin Province of Mid-America, Inc., a Colorado non-profit corporation, also known as CPMA, a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, is conducting this raffle. The following rules and regulations governing the Capuchin Province of Mid-America, Inc.’s Road to Rome Raffle are enacted pursuant to Title 24, Article 21, Part 6 C.R.S. of the Colorado Revised Statutes of the Colorado Constitution. By purchasing a raffle ticket the purchaser agrees to be bound by these rules and regulations.
There shall be a total of five (5) prizes awarded in conjunction with the 2025 Road to Rome Raffle: the Grand Prize, 5-Pack Multi-Ticket Prize, 3-Pack Multi-Ticket Prize, November Early Bird Prize and September Early Bird Prize.
PRIZES & APPLICABLE RULES
All prizewinners will be notified by phone and/or e-mail. If a winner does not respond to the initial contact within 14 days of notification, the CPMA will give notice via United States Postal Service, return receipt requested. Winners are required to formally accept their prize in writing via email (gina.francis@capuchins.org) or certified mail (CPMA, Road to Rome Raffle, 3613 Wyandot St., Denver, CO 80211) within 30 days of notification. Winners of the September Early Bird Prize; the 3-Pack Multi-Ticket Prize; 5-Pack Multi-Ticket Prize; and the Grand Prize, must also submit their first and second choice travel dates.
The Grand Prizewinner and the 3-Pack Multi-Ticket Prizewinner must indicate their choice of the travel prize or the cash option when they accept their prize.
Winner will forfeit their prize if they fail to respond within 30-days of receiving notification; a second prizewinner will not be drawn.
WINNER PROOF OF IDENTIFICATION
Prize winner will be required to provide proof of ID. Any of the following forms of identification will be accepted: driver’s license, passport or state issued photo ID. In the event that the winner does not have abovementioned forms of ID, a copy of the winning ticket and birth certificate will be required.
GRAND PRIZE: 10-DAY ITALY DREAM VACATION FOR FOUR (4)
The Grand Prize shall be winner’s choice of a (a) 10-Day Italy Dream Vacation for four (4) including airfare, transportation, tours and award-winning accommodations or (b) Cash Prize of $15,950.
Travel package includes:
(a) 10-DAY ITALY DREAM VACATION PACKAGE FOR FOUR (4) INCLUDES:
- Roundtrip economy class airfare for four (4) to Italy.
- 4-nights in Rome at the TMark Vaticano, a 4-star hotel located in the heart of Rome, across from the Vatican Museum. While at the TMark Vaticano, stay in a Deluxe Room with a King/Queen Bed includes breakfast and daily taxes.
- Vatican Museum tour with excess time to visit the Basilica of St. Peter.
- Necropolis Scavi tour
- Colosseum tour
- Food Walking tour of Campo di Fiori, Trastevere, and the Jewish Ghetto
- Chauffeured transportation from Rome to Sorrento, includes a 2-hour guided tour of Pompeii.
- 5-nights in Sorrento at the Conca Park Hotel or Antiche Mura Hotel, (Traveler’s Choice Award Winners, Trip Advisor). While in Sorrento stay in a Superior Room with a King/Queen Bed, includes breakfast and taxes daily.
- Full-day tour of the Amalfi Coast.
- Full-Day tour of the Isle of Capri and/or the Island of Ischia.
- Private airport arrival and departure transfers
Must be Redeemed: January 1, 2026 – December 31, 2026 (June, July and Christmas holiday excluded).
(b) Or Cash Prize: $15,950. Winner may elect to accept a Cash Prize in lieu of the 10-Day Italy Dream Vacation.
The Grand Prize is non-transferrable.
Grand Prizewinner must indicate choice of:
- A 10-Day Italy Dream Vacation for four (4), includes airfare, transportation, tours and award-winning accommodations; If the winner selects the Italy vacation package, winner’s first and second choice travel dates must be submitted within 30 days after receiving notification.
- Or a $15,950 Cash Prize.
(a) The trip will be scheduled for a designated 10-day period during 2026, based on availability and the Grand Prize winner’s preference. Travel must take place between January 1, 2026– December 31, 2026 (June, July and Christmas holiday excluded). The Grand Prize winner is required to submit preferred travel dates (based on published availability) to the CPMA within thirty (30) days of winning the raffle and must include 1st and 2nd preferred weeks. In the event that the submitted dates are not available, the winner will be asked to submit a new list of preferred travel dates.
The Grand Prize drawing will take place on Thursday, December 11, 2025 at approximately 8:00pm Mountain Time at Baldoria on the Water, 146 Van Gordon St, Lakewood, CO 80228 at approximately 8pm, MT.
All raffle tickets purchased (except the 3-Pack Multi-Ticket and the 5-Pack Multi-Ticket which will be issued separately) will be placed in a drum and the winning ticket will be randomly selected from the drum by a member of the CPMA.

5-PACK MULTI-TICKETS PRIZE: 8-DAY EUROPEAN BLUE DANUBE RIVER CRUISE FOR TWO (2)
The 5-Pack Multi-Ticket Prize shall be a Romantic Danube 8-Day River Cruise, from Budapest to Regensburg for (2).The Budapest to Regensburg Romantic Danube River Cruise: 8-days, 5 tours, 3 countries.
The Romantic Danube River Cruise package includes:
- Roundtrip Economy airfare for two
- 8-day Viking River cruise down the Danube
- Veranda A or Veranda B Stateroom Cabin for 2
- Prepaid gratuities, meals, WIFI, taxes and port charges.
- 5-Port Tours
- Visit to 3 countries: Germany, Hungary and Austria,
- And a $1,000 travel allowance.
- Travelers must be 18 years of age or older.
Must be Redeemed: March-May 2026, August-November 2026; or May-November 2027.
*Featured Viking Danube River Cruise may be exchanged for an alternate Viking River Cruise of equal to or lesser value, during the aforementioned travel windows.
The Romantic Danube River Cruise package is non-transferrable. NO CASH VALUE.
The trip will be scheduled for a designated 8-day period during 2026 or 2027, based on availability and winner’s preference. Travel must take place between March-May 2026, August-November 2026; or May-November 2027. The winner is required to submit preferred travel dates (based on published availability) to the CPMA within thirty (30) days of winning the raffle and must include 1st and 2nd preferred weeks. In the event that the submitted dates are not available, the winner will be asked to submit a new list of preferred travel dates.
The 5-Pack Multi-Ticket Drawing will take place on Thursday, December 11, 2025 at Baldoria on the Water, 146 Van Gordon St, Lakewood, CO 80228 at approximately 7:50pm, MT.
Must purchase 5 or more tickets to qualify. The winner of the 5-Pack Multi-Ticket Prize will also be eligible to win the Grand Prize. All raffle tickets purchased within the timeframes set forth in the Raffle Ticket Entry Deadlines section below will be placed in a drum and the winning ticket will be randomly selected from the drum by a member of the CPMA.

3-PACK MULTI-TICKET: 11-DAY LUXURY TANZANIA AFRICAN SAFARI FOR TWO (2)
The 3-Pack Multi-Ticket Prize shall be winner’s choice of (a) 11-day Luxury Tanzania Safari Adventure for 2, provided by award winning Lion World Travel a Trip Advisors’ 2024 Travelers Choice Award winner, and Travel + Leisure World’s Best Award winner or (b) Cash Prize of $9,500.
Travel package includes:

The 3-Pack Multi Ticket prizewinner must indicate their choice of:
- 11-Day African Safari, includes airfare, transportation, safaris and accommodations. If the winner selects the African Safari, winner’s first and second choice travel dates must be submitted within 30-days after receiving notification.
- Or $9,500 Cash Prize
(a) The trip must be redeemed the week of April 9-19, 2026; April 30- May 10, 2026 or November 5-15, 2026. The winner is required to submit 1st and 2nd preferred weeks to the CPMA within thirty (30) days of winning the raffle. In the event that the submitted dates are not available, prize will default to the third week available.
The 3-Pack Multi-Ticket Prize is non-transferrable.
The 3-Pack Multi-Ticket Prize drawing will take place on Thursday, December 11, 2025 at Baldoria on the Water, 146 Van Gordon St, Lakewood, CO 80228 at approximately 7:40pm, MT.
Must purchase 3 or more tickets to qualify. The winner of the 3-Pack Multi-Ticket Prize will also be eligible to win the Grand Prize and 5-Pack Drawing if entry terms are met. All raffle tickets purchased within the timeframes set forth in the Raffle Ticket Entry Deadlines section below will be placed in a drum and the winning ticket will be randomly selected from the drum by a member of the CPMA.

NOVEMBER EARLY BIRD PRIZE FOR TWO (2): 7-DAY CARIBBEAN ESCAPE TO THE WORLD-FAMOUS CRANE BEACH RESORT
The November Early Bird Prize shall be a 7-Day Stay for 2 guests at the Crane Resort, St. Philips,
Barbados. Must be redeemed: April 18, 2026- April 24, 2026. Travel package includes:
- Roundtrip economy airfare for 2
- 7-Night Stay at the Crane Resort, St. Philip, Barbados in a 1 Bedroom Ocean View Deluxe Room with a Plunge Pool that includes a fully equipped granite kitchen with a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, and dishwasher.

The November Early Bird Prize Drawing will take place on Friday, November 7, 2025 at approximately 3pm Mountain Time at the Capuchin Administration Offices located at 3613 Wyandot St., Denver, CO 80211.
All raffle tickets purchased (except for the 3-Pack and 5-Pack Multi-Ticket Entries which will be issued separately) will be placed in a drum and the winning ticket will be randomly selected from the drum by a member of the CPMA. The winner of the November Early Bird Prize will also be eligible to win the Grand Prize drawing. If winner purchased 3 or 5-tickets they will also qualify for the respective Multi-ticket drawings.

SEPTEMBER EARLY BIRD PRIZE FOR TWO (2): 7-NIGHT AT AWARD WINNING Sandos Finisterra Los Cabos Resort – CABO SAN LUCAS
The September Early Bird Prize shall be a 7-Night Stay for 2 guests at the award-winning Sandos Finisterra Los Cabos Resort: Paseo de la Marina S/N, Marina, 23453 Cabo San Lucas, B.C.S., Mexico.
Travel package includes:
- Roundtrip economy airfare for two to Los Cabos (SJD Airport) via Southwest Airlines.
- 7-Night Stay at the All-Inclusive Finisterra Los Cabos Resort.
- Transportation service to and from the airport to the hotel.
Must be redeemed: Between January 1, 2026 – December 26, 2026 (Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter holidays excluded).

The September Early Bird Prize will be scheduled for a designated 7-Night period. Travel must take place between January 1, 2026- December 31, 2026 (Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter holidays excluded). The winner is required to submit preferred travel dates (based on published availability) to the CPMA within thirty (30) days of winning the raffle and must include 1st and 2nd preferred weeks. In the event that the submitted dates are not available, the winner will be asked to submit a new list of preferred travel dates.
The September Early Bird Prize Drawing will take place on Saturday, September 27, 2025 at approximately 9pm Mountain Time at the Denver Sheraton, 1550 Court Place, Denver, CO 80202.
All raffle tickets purchased (except for the 3-Pack and 5-Pack Multi-Ticket Entries which will be issued separately) will be placed in a drum and the winning ticket will be randomly selected from the drum by a member of the CPMA. The winner of the September Early Bird Prize will also be eligible to win November Early Bird and the Grand Prize drawing. If winner purchased 3 or 5 tickets, they will also qualify for the respective Multi-ticket drawings.
SUBSTITUTING PROPERTIES
Prizes may not be exchanged for other properties at the winner’s request. If a listed property is unavailable, CPMA and its travel partner, North West Travel, will provide a comparable property of equal or lesser value. Air travel must begin and end at a major international airport within the continental United States (or another international airport, provided the fare does not exceed the average from Chicago, Denver, and Los Angeles for the same travel dates). All federal, state, and local taxes, as well as gratuities, tips, deposits, and elective costs, are the sole responsibility of the winner.
FAIR MARKET VALUE
The fair market value for each of the prizes is as follows: the Grand Prize, the 10-Day Italy Dream Vacation Package is valued at $16,500-$19,950 depending on the season of travel, or $15,950 (cash option value). The 5-Pack Multi-Ticket 8-day Danube River Cruise is valued at approximately $12,000-$15,000 (trip) depending on the season of travel. The 3-Pack Multi-Ticket African Safari is valued at $11,000-$12,950 depending on the season of travel or $9,500 (cash value option). The November Early Bird Prize, trip to Barbados is valued at $7,300. And the September Early Bird Prize, trip to Cabo San Lucas is valued at $4,000-$6,500 depending on the season of travel.
TICKETS
The price per chance is as follows: $50 for one (1) raffle ticket, $135 for three (3) raffle tickets purchased together, $220 for five (5) raffle tickets purchased together, $400 for ten (10) raffle tickets purchased together, $585 for fifteen (15) raffle tickets purchased together, $750 for twenty (20) tickets purchased together and $1,000 for thirty-five (35) tickets purchased together. Only one person may be listed as the owner of each ticket. In the event that two names are listed on the entry form, the first name listed on the form will be deemed the official entrant by default. All raffle ticket sales are final and non-refundable. In the unlikely event the raffle is cancelled (in accordance with Colorado Secretary of State Rule 8, all credit cards will be credited with the full amount that was paid to the raffle within forty-five (45) days and all parties paying by check or cash will be sent a refund within forty-five (45) days. All of the credit card and electronic check raffle ticket purchases online will be processed by http://tsys.com. Raffle tickets are payable by any of the following means:
(a) On-line Credit Card Payments: On-line credit card payment may be made at www.RoadtoRomeRaffle.com or www.RoadtoRoamRaffle.com. Credit card payments are processed immediately and raffle ticket(s) is/are issued following credit card approval.
(b) Mail-In Form: Official Entry Form can be downloaded from www.RoadtoRomeRaffle.com. Completed forms and payments with check or credit card information may be mailed to: 3613 Wyandot St., Denver, CO 80211. Checks should be made payable to: CPMA (Capuchin Province of Mid-America, Inc.). Purchasers who provide an email address will receive an unofficial copy of their tickets via email immediately after tickets have been processed. A purchaser who purchases raffle ticket(s) by check or credit card, and does not provide an email address will receive an unofficial copy of their raffle tickets via email or mail within 3-days of purchase. Checks and credit cards purchases will be deposited upon receipt. Checks returned for insufficient funds or other reasons, or credit cards that are denied shall disqualify the raffle ticket(s).
The odds of winning the Grand Prize will be one (1) divided by the total number of raffle tickets actually sold.
Per Internal Revenue Service regulations, the raffle ticket purchase price is not deductible for income tax purposes as a charitable deduction.

Raffle Ticket Entry Deadlines
(a) September Early Bird Deadline: All electronic entries and checks must be received and processed by Saturday, September 27, 2025, 7:00pm Mountain Time to be eligible for and entered into the September Early Bird Drawing.
(b) November Early Bird Drawing Deadline: All electronic entries and checks must be received and processed by Wednesday, November 5, 2025 at 11:59 pm Mountain Time to be eligible for and entered into the November Early Bird Drawing.
(c) 3-Pack Multi-Ticket Deadline: All electronic entries and checks must be received and processed by Tuesday, December 9, 2025 at 11:59pm Mountain Time to be eligible for and entered into the 3-Pack Multi-Ticket Prize Drawing.
(d) 5-Pack Multi-Ticket Deadline: All electronic entries and checks must be received and processed by Tuesday, December 9, 2025 at 11:59pm Mountain Time to be eligible for and entered into the 5-Pack Multi-Ticket Prize Drawing.
(e) Grand Prize Deadline: All electronic entries and checks must be received and processed by Tuesday, December 9, 2025 at 11:59pm Mountain Time to be eligible for and entered into the Grand Prize Drawing.
(f) Mail in Entry Forms:
- Entries received by mail from entrants who do not provide an email address must be received by the following entry deadlines to qualify for the drawings: Sept. Early Bird Drawing: Sept. 24, 2025, Nov Early Bird: Nov. 4, 2025, 3-Pack, 5-Pack and Grand Prize drawings by Dec. 8, 2025. Purchaser without email address will receive an unofficial copy of their tickets via mail within 3 days of purchase.
- Mail in Form: Entries received by mail from entrants who do provide an email address must be received and processed by the published deadlines to qualify for the respective drawings, with the following exception: to qualify for the September Early Bird Prize, mail in entry form must be received and processed by Friday, Sept. 26, 2025 to qualify for entry. An unofficial copy of tickets will be received by email immediately after form is processed.
MULTI-TICKET
When purchaser buys qualifying number of tickets to be entered into the Multi-Ticket Drawings, credit will only be applied to the buyer of the ticket who purchased tickets (not to the person listed on the tickets, unless the person listed is the buyer). In specific cases, a purchaser will buy tickets but gifts them to someone else; however, credit will only be given the purchaser.
Entrants who qualify for the 5-Pack Multi-Ticket prize drawing, also qualify for the 3-Pack Multi-Ticket prize. Entrants will receive same number of entries into the multi-ticket drawing as they purchased in order to qualify for the multi-ticket prize (for instance: if purchaser purchases 7 Tickets, they will receive 7 entries into the 5-Pack Multi-Ticket drawing, 7 entries into the Grand Prize Drawing and 7 entries into the 3-Pack Multi-Ticket drawing.
ELIGIBILITY
Eligibility requirement: purchaser must be at least 18 years of age or older at the time of purchase; be a United States resident living in the United States and may not be under any legally binding restriction that would prohibit the purchaser from buying a ticket. Winners may be required to provide proof of eligibility including driver’s license, social security number, and applicable contact or verification information.
(a) Only one person may be named on the purchased ticket as the ticket holder. In the event that a winning ticket contains more than one name, CPMA will award the prize to the first person named on the ticket.
(b) Eligible raffle purchaser may buy a ticket(s) as a gift for a person under the age of 18. Person under the age of 18 may not purchase the ticket. Winner will be subject to the rules and regulations set forth herein (the “rules and regulations”). If person named on ticket is a minor (under the age of 18), CPMA will require that legal guardian or parent of the minor grant written consent before prize is awarded. If consent is not granted a second name will not be drawn.
Employees, members, and the children or spouses of CPMA employees are not eligible to purchase raffle tickets. If a ticket belonging to any of these ineligible individuals is drawn, that person will be automatically disqualified. An alternate winner will only be drawn if the issue is reported to the Games Manager and CPMA representatives immediately after the drawing. If it is not reported immediately, the disqualified winner will not receive the prize, and a second winner will not be drawn.
Forfeit procedure. A second winner will not be drawn if the first winner is ineligible.
Ticket holders do not need to be present to win.
ALL ELIGIBLE PURCHASERS AND PRIZEWINNERS ARE SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING RULES
By entering this raffle, entrants accept and agree 1) to be bound by all the rules, limitations, and restrictions set forth herein (the “rules and regulations”), and 2) that their names and/or likeness may be disclosed to and used by the news media, may otherwise be used by CPMA for publicity purposes, may be published in any newspaper, and may be announced on the Brown Robe Benefit Website (www.brownrobe.com) and the Road to Rome/Roam Raffle website (roadtoromeraffle.com and roadtoroamraffle.com) and social media channels. CPMA’s interpretation and application of the rules and regulations shall be final.
Each prize is subject to, and each prizewinner is fully responsible for, any and all federal, state, and local income or excise taxes, fees, and like charges associated with the prize (“Taxes”). CPMA and all contracted associated parties have no responsibility for the payment of any Taxes or fees associated with the prize. At the time of this printing, federal law requires that corresponding tax withholding on prize values of $5,000 or greater must be collected from winners before distribution of a prize. The current withholding rate is twenty-four percent (24%), and each prizewinner shall be obligated to submit to CPMA, for withholding purposes, a cash payment that equals the equivalent of twenty-four percent (24%) of the fair market value of the prize at least ten (10) business days before the prize is distributed to the prizewinner. The prize will be deemed distributed, and no longer forfeitable, to the prizewinner on the date that is the first day in which CPMA or the prizewinner incurs any non-refundable fees on behalf of the winner for arrangements in furtherance of commencing prize travel. Please consult your tax advisor for any questions. If a raffle ticket purchaser is unable to pay the taxes associated with the prize at the time the prize is distributed, then that person will be automatically disqualified and a second prizewinner will not be drawn.
The winner or a representative appointed by the winner, will be the exclusive point of contact for coordinating travel arrangements. Any additional travel arrangements that fall beyond the scope of the prize are the exclusive financial and organizational responsibility of the winner.
Prizes are not transferable. The Road to Rome Raffle is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void wherever prohibited or restricted by law.
Each raffle ticket purchaser or person named on raffle ticket, hereby releases CPMA and its directors, employees, residents, affiliates, donors, and the owners of the prizes awarded in this raffle from any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising in connection with, or as a result of, this raffle and/or that person’s failure to win or redeem any prize, or that person’s award, acceptance, or use of any prize, or that person’s failure to comply with applicable law; and (b) releases and agrees to indemnify, defend, protect, and hold harmless CPMA and its directors, employees, residents, affiliates, and donors from and against all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind arising in connection with, or as a result of, this raffle and/or that person’s failure to win or redeem any prize, or that person’s award, acceptance, or use of any prize, or that person’s failure to comply with applicable law. Each raffle ticket purchaser hereby represents and warrants to CPMA that he/she has read and understands these rules and regulations and agrees to be bound by these rules and regulations and CPMA decisions, which are final. In the case of any dispute, CPMA’s decision shall be final. Any liability of The CPMA shall be limited to the raffle ticket price paid.
CPMA NEITHER MAKES NOR PROVIDES REPRESENTATION, GUARANTEE, OR WARRANTY, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, IN CONNECTION WITH THE GRAND PRIZE, 5-PACK MULTI-TICKET PRIZE OR THE 3-PACK MULTI-TICKET PRIZE, OR EARLY BIRD PRIZES THAT ARE AWARDED IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE RAFFLE. PURCHASER TICKET HOLDER ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES THAT CPMA IS NOT RESPONSIBLE NOR LIABLE FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OR CONDITION OF THE VACATION PROPERTIES, AND/OR COMPLICATIONS THAT MAY ARISE.
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
